Elango Madhavan joined RCMGen with 25 years of deep revenue cycle leadership, having operated across the full end-to-end RCM lifecycle and led complex, multi-specialty operations for hospitals, clinics, and provider groups. Over the course of his career, Elango has managed large-scale RCM projects across diverse specialties and delivery models, building operational structures that support scale, continuity, and measurable performance.

He has led distributed delivery setups across multiple facilities to strengthen business continuity, reduce operational risk, and ensure consistent execution across teams.
Beyond operations leadership, Elango has been deeply involved in building the systems that make high-performing RCM teams possible. He has developed and implemented operational tools for A/R follow-up, denial management, quality control, workflow tracking, and production management, giving teams better visibility, stronger controls, and faster decision-making.
